I would highly recommend anyone who has to wrestle with the condition of hypertension to go through this journal. It gives daily guidance on what to do. It gives encouragement by its motivational true life stories and quotations from Scripture. It gives the needed extra push to help one progress from experiencing physical and emotional setbacks to gaining optimal health.
I am not a person with hypertension, but this journal gave me enough wisdom and encouragement to do what I need to do in order that I can have control over my lifestyle, thus lessening the risk of having hypertension in the future.
